The Kilgore College Rangerettes will return to our Nation's Capital for the Black Tie and Boots Inaugural Ball hosted by the Texas State Society of Washington . This marks the 5th consecutive appearance by the Rangerettes. The event is held at the Gaylord National Hotel.
